Merchant Cash Advance
An advance is not a loan. It buys a fixed share of the business's future sales at a discount and collects as those sales arrive, so a strong week repays more and a quiet week repays less. For a business whose months are not the same size, that is the entire point of it.
It is priced as a factor rate: at 1.1 you repay $1.10 for every dollar, at 1.5 you repay $1.50, and paying it off early does not reduce either. Read that figure out loud before signing. It approves businesses the other five will decline, and it is the most expensive money here — both of those are true at once.
